Was machst du?

Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung einer unserer PHP Squads
Du bist verantwortlich für die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Ticketing-Lösung
Du definierst Coding-Standards und unsere Softwarearchitektur
Du bist für das Mentoring und die persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Entwickler-innen im eigenen Team verantwortlich
Du berichtest an den PHP Team Lead
Du übernimmst die Planung und Priorisierung der Roadmap-Aufgaben zusammen mit dem Product Owner der Squad

Was brauchst du?

Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit
Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit PHP und Symfony sammeln
Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Teams mit
Du hast Spaß daran Softwarearchitektur zu entwickeln, die eine zukünftige Skalierung und einfache Wartbarkeit ermöglicht
Du entwickelst Software, die höchsten Qualitätsstandards entspricht und weißt, wie man diesen Standard sicherstellt
Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in Jenkins, CI/CD-Plattformen, Docker, Kubernetes und AWS, sowie Erfahrung in. agilen Arbeitsweisen nach Scrum und Kanban mit
Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit, Deutsch ist von Vorteil

Are you fluent in PHP? Do you want to help hundreds of thousands of people to buy their bus or train ticket to work, shopping or sports every day…and from the market leader? Then you have to come to the right place!

Your responsibilities

Taking over the technical management of one of our PHP squads
Being responsible for the continuous development of our existing ticketing solution
Defining coding standards and our software architecture
Being responsible for the mentoring and personal development of the developers in your own team
Reporting to the PHP Team Lead
Being responsible for planning and prioritising the roadmap tasks together with the product owner of the squad

Your qualifications

Having a degree in computer science or a comparable technical degree or having completed an apprenticeship
Having already gained several years of experience in software development with PHP and Symfony
Gained already some experience in the technical management of a team
Enjoying developing software architecture that enables future scalability and easy maintainability
Developing software that meets the highest quality standards and knowing how to ensure this standard
Having good knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, as well as agile working methods according to Scrum and Kanban
Very good command of English, German is an advantage
