Your responsibilities:
You will support our People Team with a variety of tasks:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: You actively support and drive our recruitment process. You conduct initial pre-selections of applicants, arrange appointments, hold first brief interviews, and ensure a positive recruitment experience through your professional communication.
- From Job Posting to Contract Creation: You accompany the entire onboarding process—from drafting and publishing job postings to finalizing employment contracts.
- Coordination & Application Management: You coordinate between applicants and departments, ensuring smooth operations. You also update and maintain applicant data in our application management system, Personio.
- HR Administration & Flexible Project Support: You provide support in other HR-related tasks, including absence management, document creation, onboarding processes, and HR initiatives.
Your qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a comparable field.
- Recruitment and/or HR Experience: (Initial) experience in recruitment and/or human resources through vocational training, internships, or working student positions.
- Communication & Organizational Skills: Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills, joy in dealing with people, and a structured, independent way of working.
- Hands-On Mentality & Digital Competence: Initiative, diligence in efficiently handling administrative tasks and improving processes, as well as an affinity for digital tools and recruitment platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and excellent English proficiency.
