Wir möchten unser Produktteam in den kommenden Wochen verstärken und freuen uns über Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die Erfahrung im Produktmanagement mitbringen und die Zukunft unserer eos.ticketingsuite, einer Mobility-Ticketing-Plattform, aktiv mitgestalten möchten.

Wir sind Marktführer für digitale Ticketing-Lösungen im ÖPNV in Deutschland und Teil der Siemens Mobility Familie. Mit über 130 klugen Köpfen entwickeln wir smarte Lösungen, die den Ticketkauf einfacher machen – für Fahrgäste wie für Verkehrsunternehmen. Unser Ziel: eine nachhaltige, vernetzte Mobilität, die das eigene Auto überflüssig macht.

Bringe deine Expertise ein:

Du entwickelst die langfristige Produktvision und -strategie für die eos.ticketingsuite – basierend auf Marktanalysen, Kundenfeedback und einem tiefen Verständnis der Nutzerbedürfnisse – und verantwortest deren konsequente Umsetzung.
Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Umsetzungsverantwortung für neue Features, Produktinitiativen und Optimierungen: Du definierst Anforderungen, priorisierst Backlogs und stellst sicher, dass die Umsetzung entlang der Roadmap erfolgt – qualitativ hochwertig, termingerecht und abgestimmt mit allen Beteiligten.
Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams (u.a. UX/UI, Entwicklung, QA, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement) und übernimmst eine aktive Treiberrolle, um Produktvorhaben voranzubringen und Hindernisse frühzeitig zu lösen.
Du steuerst die Konzeption neuer Funktionen und bereitest die Implementierung sowie die Markteinführung gemeinsam mit Design- und Entwicklungsteams vor.
Du unterstützt bei der Preisstrategie und Monetarisierung der eos.ticketingsuite (Produktvarianten, Lizenzen etc.) und trägst dazu bei, dass das Produkt sowohl wettbewerbsfähig als auch profitabel bleibt.
Du strukturierst die Produktfunktionalitäten und bereitest Funktionsbeschreibungen für interne Stakeholder (Bid-Management, Sales, Projektmanagement) und externe Zielgruppen (Kund:innen, Partner, Messen) auf.
Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Markt- und Technologieentwicklungen und nutzt Daten, KPIs sowie qualitative Rückmeldungen, um das Produkt nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
Du unterstützt Vertrieb, Projektleitung und Kund:innen durch Präsentationen, Workshops und fachliche Beratung – als zentraler Ansprechpartnerin für die Produktentwicklung und Roadmap-Themen.

Was brauchst du?

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, bevorzugt im Software-, SaaS-, Ticketing- oder Mobilitätsumfeld, inklusive fundierter Erfahrung in Umsetzungssteuerung, Priorisierung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams.
Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der (indirekten) Führung von Teams oder Produktinitiativen sowie in der Umsetzung komplexer Softwarevorhaben.
Kenntnisse im User Experience Design und Human-centered Design sind ein Plus.
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung kommerzieller Strategien, insbesondere beim SaaS-Pricing.
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen und Schnittstellen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Ticketing-, Mobility- oder eCommerce-Bereich.
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Your responsibilities:

You develop the long-term product vision and strategy for the eos.ticketingsuite—based on market analyses, customer feedback, and a deep understanding of user needs—and ensure its consistent implementation.
You take end-to-end responsibility for new features, product initiatives, and optimizations: defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring roadmap-based implementation—meeting high-quality standards, deadlines, and in alignment with all stakeholders.
You coordinate interdisciplinary teams (e.g., UX/UI, development, QA, sales, project management) and take an active driver role to push product initiatives forward and solve obstacles early on.
You manage the conceptualization of new functionalities and support the implementation and market introduction in collaboration with design and development teams.
You assist with pricing strategies and monetization of the eos.ticketingsuite (product variants, licenses, etc.) to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
You structure product functionalities and prepare functional descriptions for internal stakeholders (bid management, sales, project management) and external audiences (customers, partners, trade fairs).
You continuously monitor market and technology developments, leveraging data, KPIs, and qualitative feedback to drive the product’s sustainable evolution.
You support sales, project management, and clients through presentations, workshops, and expert consultation—as the primary point of contact for product development and roadmap topics.

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in product management, preferably in software, SaaS, ticketing, or mobility contexts, including solid experience in project management, prioritization, and coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
Proven success in (indirectly) leading teams or product initiatives and in managing complex software projects.
Knowledge in User Experience Design and Human-Centered Design is a plus.
Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, particularly in SaaS pricing.
Strong technical understanding of modern software architectures and interfaces, ideally with experience in ticketing, mobility, or e-commerce domains.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English; German skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
